Bukas BayaNi
Bukas BayaNi is a program for Junior and Senior High School Students. It is introductory leadership training program designed to develop young people who seeks to understand, chooses to respond, acts towards positive change. course for and has been implemented in Malolos, Bulacan and Biñan, Laguna.
SKAI
Sangguniang Kabataan Academy Initiative (SKAI) is a good governance development program geared towards the current SK officials. It was supported by the Cultural Vistas and the Young Southeast Asia Leaders Initiative Seeds for the Future Grant and was developed in partnership with the US Embassy and the USGAA-Negros Occidental. SKAI is the first SK nationwide leadership training program implemented under the SK Reform Law. It has been run in:

El Nido, Palawan
Tabaco, Albay
Sipalay, Negros Occidental
Cagayan De Oro
Isabela, Basilan
Valencia, Bukidnon
The program aims to 1) deepen their understanding of their roles and responsibilities under the law, 2) form their character around the values of self-awareness, social awareness, and heroic leadership, and 2) mentor them to become more efficient project managers.
Tara Takbo - Kabataan ang Bagong Politika
Tara Takbo is a youth leadership program designed to increase the number of candidates capable of running an alternative campaign for elections in localities around the Philippines.
The program aims to do this through the
Developing a multimedia campaign designed to change the perception of Filipinos regarding politics and encourage more people to run for elections
Crafting a training program that can form 50 capable youth leaders to run an alternative campaign in the SK in each target City / Municipality for the upcoming 2022 Barangay and SK Elections
Designing policy solutions that can create an enabling environment for young people to participate in elections at the local levels
This project is in partnership with LENTE and SLB.
Project SuLo
Project SuLo is a leadership training program for members of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) with the goal of ensuring that LYDCs formulate responsive and inclusive Local Youth Development Plans for their City/Municipality. The project will be implemented in 10 target areas in Luzon.
This is in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development and The Asia Foundation. The project will also develop a research paper on best practices amongst local youth planning in cities and municipalities and Luzon and a training toolkit on how to capacitate SKs and LYDCs to develop responsive and inclusive LYDP.
Special Projects
Help From Home was created to help the public make data-driven decisions in addressing the needs of hospitals, frontliners, and vulnerable sectors throughout the COVID-19 crisis in the Philippines. The project launched a website which housed 300 verified citizen-led and formal initiatives and spotlighted the needs of 679 hospitals nationwide and 72 of the poorest barangays in NCR. The operations of HFH were implemented by over 350 volunteers.
Franco's Friends - Provided meals worth Php 3 Million to frontliners in 20 hospitals for 3 months during the start of the pandemic
Looc, Mindoro - Raised funds to feed a total of 400 households in Looc, Mindoro due to extended lockdown with San Raphael Archangel Parish
Typhoon Odette - Provided Php 2 Million worth of goods, solar lights, water, generators and construction materials for Siargao, Surigao. Dinagat, and Areas in Cebu
Typhoon Ulysses - In partnership with Tabanganay PH, helped raise close to Php 300,000 funds to deliver essentials, cash to areas affected by the Typhoon
Typhoon Quinto and Rolly - Helped Zero Hunger Ph to raise funds for devastated communities in BICOL Region, CALABARZON, and MIMAROPA
